Girl Scouts provide a diverse range of activities for girls. Our mission is to build girls of Courage, Confidence and Character who will make the world a better place.
One of Girl Scouts of Northern California's service units, Redwood serves girls in the Northwestern corner of California. We serve the Arcata, Big Lagoon, Blue Lake, Fieldbrook, McKinleyville, Orick and Trinidad areas of Humboldt County.

The Hawaii Quilt
Girls who attended the Hawaii session of Camp Tall Trees worked together to create a beautiful quilt celebrating the flaura and fauna of the Hawaian islands. This quilt is being raffled off to with proceeds to beenfit the Humboldt Wildlife Center.
Tickets are available for $2 each or 3 tickets for $5. Contact any Girl Scout leader in Redwood SU or call Malia at 839-1009 for more information
Volunteering
Girl Scouts is a volunteer led organization and we welcome both women and men as volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering or donating to Girl Scouts please contact us at volunteer@redwoodgirlsouts.org.
Camp Tall Trees
Camp Tall Trees is a resident camping experience for girls in entering grades 1 thru 9. Held at Wolf Creek, just north of Orick, Camp Tall Trees is open to all girls.
Registration for all 2013 sessions will begin February 1, 2013.
